It’s my sisters car, its 4.5 hours away in Indiana at her college. Its a 2012 Kia Soul and it got flooded overnight while it was sitting in the parking lot. I don’t have experience with flooded cars so I don’t really know where to start. It got tall enough to leave some standing water in the interior. She hasn’t done anything to it yet. Should she start it? if it starts should she drive it? Should it immediately be taken to a shop to have fluids changed. Should insurance immediately be called. I don’t really know where to start. If anything has to be done I will probably have to drive down there from Michigan to do it.
I will update with more pictures and information as I receive it.
UPDATE: She says it was approximately two feet of water.
2nd Update: She just called and said it started and she moved it. Says the brakes and engine and trans felt fine but that the carpet is wet.
Says this is a waterline on the seat

Call insurance would be my first guess. IF it is totalled you don’t want to do anything to risk that. Take lots of pictures of everything.

Call insurance ASAP. They'll probably total it but before they do they'll probably have it towed to a shop (or have her). Don't try to start it.

I’d say try and call insurance and explain your situation.
They might have her take it to be inspected. I probably would have it towed, you never know if things like the brake system are messed up because some electrical was fried.

Call insurance ASAP. Two feet of water is enough to screw up a metric shit ton of stuff.

Yeah modern cars and sensors don’t mix with moisture, let alone submerged. This is not a Toyota Hilux after all! The comments here are right.

1) call insurance
2a) wait for checkcheck OR 2b) wish you/she had full coverage

And if you gotta do anything yourself, take out tall the seating and interior, entire floor carpetting goes out to dry, and check all wiring running under the carpets. Hell, put the seats back in and drive it without any carpetting, LIGHTWEIGHT YO
